Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) Program

The ORSC Series is one of the most advanced coach training programs available. There are five unique courses that make up this coach training series and each are designed to build on the prior course. As such, they must be taken in sequential order. The courses are all accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) for 84 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU) which reflects the rigorous standards of excellence and the strong ethical base from which we work.

The ORSC program is the first program of this kind accredited ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) by ICF. This means that all the training hours related to this program can be applied towards Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) status. While the courses can be taken individually, ICF accreditation only applies at the completion of the entire program series.

Relationship Intelligence: Process and Flow

This three-day course addresses deep processes of emotional experience. Emotions are the currency of relationship. The coach that cannot wade into the deep water, ride the emotional rapids or appreciate the shallow "edges," will not be able to sustain relationship systems work.

In this course you will be introduced to Arnold Mindell's Process Work and a new skill set for the unfolding and following of emotional processes through working with "signals, channels and edges."

Relationship Path: Vision and Potentiality

In this three-day course you will pull back and take a softer focus on the space, power and potential of relationship. You will focus on the partnership as a dream and both the members and “The Third Entity™” as dreamers. You will examine the Three Levels of Reality (Arnold Mindell) and how they impact personal and work relationships, and practice the fluid back-and-forth movement between those levels...
